Pastor Dale spent his childhood days in Friendship, NY. He was
saved at the age of 8 during summer camp and continued to
receive his spiritual formation from camp and his high school,
Houghton Academy. Graduating from Houghton College with a BS
in Biology, Dale moved to the area with his wife Rachel, planning
to attend medical school at UB. God’s plan was different however!
Dale began ministering to youth part-time in the fall of 1999 but it
became clear in 2006 that God desired him in full-time pastoral
work. Dale, Rachel and their four children live in Alden, NY and
enjoy sledding, hiking riding bikes and playing in the creek.

Movie: Dead Poet’s Society... “Carpe diem”
Sports Team: Duke Basketball
Hobby: Running his Stihl chainsaw
Bible Verse: “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on
your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him and he
will make your paths straight.” Proverbs 3:5-6
